We are Manufacture of Pvc Flexible Sheet and Pvc Flex.
We do printing on Pvc Flexible Sheet by Gravure Printing and then Laminate the sheet with FABRICS to produce TARPULIN Material which used in making shades/Tent etc. The Laminating Temperature is about 200oC for 5minutes, We need ink to print this material.
Form technical specification given in your col shade Guide that your inks are Heat resistance upto 230oC, Can you explain what does mean by Heat Resistance? It means that it does not melt after printing upto 230oC or does not decompose upto 230oC. After getting this information we Mail you our requirement with col assortment for your quotation.
We use about 5000Kgs per month and at present we are importing from Taiwan .
